In late 2024, a team of e-commerce veterans from ByteDance, Alibaba, and some of the largest cross-border platforms in the world made a bet. Not on AI. Not on software. On a single brand.
We put 20 people on one mission: build a brand on social commerce from zero. We sourced products, found creators, sent samples, ran ads, stared at dashboards, replied to messages at midnight. We did everything a TikTok Shop operator does — because we were one.
It worked. The brand grew.
Then the phone started ringing.
By 2025, over 30 top global brands had asked us to run their TikTok Shop operations. We said yes. We built AutoBoost — a dashboard to help our own team move faster. Batch outreach, creator CRM, sample workflows, ad management, all in one place. It helped. For a while.
But then we hit a wall.
More brands. More shops. More creators to manage, more samples to review, more ads to watch, more data to analyze. We kept hiring. 30 people. 50 people. It still wasn't enough. Campaigns crashed at 3am with nobody watching. Great creators slipped through because nobody had time to find them. We were drowning in operations.
So we asked ourselves a question that changed everything:
What if we could build the team that never sleeps?

In 2026, OperaX was born.
